In my former life, I was a successful fashion model who traveled the world, partied at trendy, elite events, and worked with celebrities like Madonna, Kate Moss, Karl Lagerfeld, Versace, and many more. I was well aware of the rare privileges I was afforded, however, I also noticed that most of my attention was on an outer material life of success which I knew had an ending at some point. This brought me to a crossroads in my mind because from one side I wanted this lifestyle to go on for as long as possible, but also I knew living this kind of existence didn’t have a long future as something deeper within was calling me. I knew it was a waiting game to see when that time would come when I made the move.
I decided to leave modeling and go to India where I began studying Ayurveda, natural medicine and yoga. The more I studied, the clearer I became as to wanting to be a conduit to bridge these two worlds together and to follow this path as a Yogi.
After all inner and outer beauty has to be in perfect balance for us to all feel content.
Even though I am blessed to have worked with high-profile people like Ellen Degeneres, Marie Menounous and more, I believe Ayurveda and Yoga should be accessible to EVERYONE. Living a healthy lifestyle is not a privilege, it’s a necessity and it’s my mission to make it attainable for you.
