Kiernan brings over a decade of CPG marketing, brand management and general management experience across food, personal care, household care, and OTC healthcare to the BeyondBrands team. This Harvard MBA proudly brings his work home with him as a self-proclaimed passionate consumer of natural/organic, healthy, sustainable and allergen-friendly food. By blending his small and large CPG brand understanding, Kiernan specializes in helping emerging, disruptive brands grow in a scrappy, entrepreneurial way while leveraging select best practices and the discipline of large CPG. Brand architectures, innovation plans, marketing plans, ROI analyses, and P&L optimization are all ways in which he supports early-stage brands on the road to increasing awareness and reaching financial goals. In his free time, you can find Kiernan rooting for the Yankees with his wife and toddler daughter.
