Pete is both a 30-year veteran of the foodservice industry and pioneer in the realm of plant-based, health-supportive cuisine. 20 years ago he made a paradigmatic shift to veganism and never looked back. Today as a vegan chef, Pete provides culinary support for all BeyondBrand clients; everything from recipe formulation to conducting tastings to organizing and running food show demos. When this Culinary Institute of America graduate is not channeling his passion toward bringing more plant-based foods to the masses you can find him exploring a nature trail, weight training, or meditating.
