Having led innovation and natural foods strategy at Kroger for the past 4 years, Mathis is a pioneer at scaling today’s largest growth brands — some of which include Chobani, SkinnyPop, Bai, Halo Top, Dr. Bronners, and Acure. And it was during his recent time at Kroger that sales grew to over $16B to become the #1 grocery retailer for natural and organic products in 2017.
