In 2023, entrepreneur Kim Perell, best-selling author & podcast host Jay Shetty, and wellness expert & chef Radhi Devlukia-Shetty partnered with us to redefine Better-for-You (BFY) tea. Together, we co-created Juni, a brand designed to lead in retail and online, leveraging Jay & Radhi’s purpose-driven audience to bring high-quality, ayurvedic wellness drinks mainstream.

We provided founder advisory, formulation, production management, and brand architecture, ensuring a strong foundation for growth. Founded by wellness advocate and cancer survivor Dawn Russell, 8Greens set out to make greens accessible anytime, anywhere. With a best-selling tablet format, the brand partnered with us to expand beyond natural and specialty retail into mass, grocery, and drug channels.

We refined sales execution, trade promotion strategy, and retail optimization, leading 8Greens’ expansion into mass retail with an initial 460 Target stores, scaling to 1,500 locations in under a year. We also drove e-commerce growth and secured placements in major grocery and 2 drugstore chains, including UNFI, Kroger.com, VitaCost, and Wegmans.

They turned to us to bring their vision to life–from formulation to commercialization–ensuring a category-defining launch that resonated with athletes & mainstream consumers.

As the first outside investor & equity partner, we led formulation, co-manufacturer sourcing, and go-to-market strategy, building a strong foundation for scale. We guided fundraising, securing a $3MM seed round, and structured key sales & distribution partnerships, including SoCal’s largest DSD beverage house.
